General Information

Symposium Attire: Business casual attire is recommended at meetings and other functions.

Limits of Liability: The planners and sponsors of the 42nd Microwave Symposium and its associated courses claim no liability for the acts of any supplier to this meeting, nor for the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this event. Attendees who purchase nonrefundable airline tickets do so at their own risk. In the event of cancellation, the total amount of liability of the planners and sponsors will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.

Join IMPI & Receive a Discount!: Non-members may join IMPI at any time prior to the Symposium and receive an immediate discount by paying the member-rate registration fee.

Full Registration: Includes admittance to all program sessions, coffee breaks, receptions, luncheons and one copy of the symposium proceedings. Registration does not include optional events, such as tours, short courses or dinner functions.

Student Rates: Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 12 credit hours of instruction at an accredited university to qualify for the student rate. A photocopy of the student’s university ID should be enclosed with the registration form.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation notices received in writing at the IMPI office by June 15, 2008, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee which will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be made after June 15, 2008.
