REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN and the
early bird registration has been extended until May 25 so register today! Also, if you are not already a member of IMPI, please consider joining to save on your conference fees. An IMPI membership is only $170 per year (professional) and $50 per year (student) and carries some great benefits inlcuding member pricing to all IMPI events. Registration for IMPI 47 includes the following: All Symposium presentations on June 26-27 and all Symposium materials, Welcome Reception on the evening of June 25th, all contintental breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks on June 26th and 27th.
During registration, you may choose to register for the short course(s) on June 25th and/or a Group Dinner in the Italian District on June 26th (additional fees apply for these add-ons). Spouses/guests are welcome to come to the Group Dinner function but must register.
VENUE AND ACCOMODATIONS
IMPI 47 will be held at the classic and elegant Providence Biltmore Hotel in downtown Providence, RI, USA from June 25-27, 2013. In a special agreement with IMPI, the Biltmore is pleased to extend an exceptional discounted rate of $129 per night for reservations made prior to June 3, 2013; there are only a set number of rooms in the this block, so please book your room early. REFUNDS: Refunds of 1/2 the amount paid upon registration will be issued up until May 25, 2013. After that time, no refunds will be issued as final counts are due to the venue and materials will have been ordered. To request a refund, do so in writing to molly.poisant@impi.org
