ATTENDEE INFORMATION:
IMPI 45 will take place at the Doubletree Hotel, located at 300 Canal Street, in downtown New Orleans. IMPI 45 will be held in the International Ballroom and Crescent Ballroom (both located on the 16th floor).
Attire for the conference is business casual.
A taxicab from the airport to the Doubletree is $33.00 USD. It is a 12 mile ride (approximatley 20 minutes).
Your registration fee includes the following meals: Continental breakfast (pasteries, fruit and coffee/tea), a mid-morning and mid-afternoon coffee break, a boxed lunch (choice or sandwich or salad - please make sure you fillout and send in your lunch choice by May 27th). There will also be a light reception on Wednesday from 5pm-7pm; each registrant will receive one drink coupon with their registration packet; additional beer and wine purchases may be made at the cash bar. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
